Payment Method
In order to provide you with a safe and secure purchasing experience, payment processing is handled solely through PayPal, which accepts all major credit cards.
Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. If you pay by credit card, your credit card will
NOT be charged until your order has entered the shipping process. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog may be mispriced. If an item’s correct price is higher than our stated price, we will honor one order per shipping address and per customer for up to five (5) units at a maximum of 10% reduction of the catalog price. Before charging you for such orders, we will contact you to confirm the order, then ship or cancel your order in accordance with your instructions.
Order Viewing
After completing an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail detailing your order. If you created an account with Premium Bike Gear, you can also view previous or pending orders by logging in to your
account.

Replacements
In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or if an incorrect product was sent, please send an e-mail with your order number and a photo and description of the problem to
intl.store.service@ternbicycles.com. Our customer service department will then contact you with more details.
Returns and Refunds
- Returns and refunds must be applied for within 30 days following the original purchase date.
- Returned items must be complete and in the original condition with original packaging.
- All returns must be approved and require a Return Merchandise Authorization number, available by contacting: intl.store.service@ternbicycles.com
- Buyer must fill out the Product Return Form and send the item back to the appointed Return Center.
- Buyer is responsible for costs associated with returning the product.
- Tern reserves the right to approve a full or partial refund depending on the condition of the returned items.
- In the case of a full refund, Tern will remit only the full, actual price paid for the items.
- If the order was shipped with "free shipping", the refund will be the full price of the items minus the shipping cost.
- Import duties and any additional fees levied by the destination country or in the destination country shall not be refunded.
Limited Warranty
All goods purchased through Tern Store come with a ONE (1) YEAR Limited Warranty from date of purchase by the original end-user. If a material or workmanship defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, Tern Store, at its discretion, will replace the product in question. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear from usage nor parts and/or material that are expected to be replaced in normal use of the product. Tern Store cannot be held liable for damages to personal property due to misuse, implied use or improper maintenance of the product.
