The Pannier Adapter lets Tern GSD, HSD, Quick Haul & Short Haul riders use the Cargo Hold 37 Panniers and a child seat in the rear position of the rack at the same time. By attaching the Cargo Hold 37's outer straps together, the Pannier Adapter prevents the straps from dangling around during the ride.
